Akron Hosts NCWA RegionĀal Duals on Saturday

The University of Akron will host the NCWA Regional Duals at 9 a.m. Saturday at Springfield High School in Akron.

At present nine schools are in the bracket at one of the NCWA's three championship events - Akron, East Carolina, James Madison, Macomb CC, Michigan WC, Mott CC, Penn State WC, Slippery Rock and Temple.

The NCWA Regional Duals is a tournament competed at the opposite east-west location to the NCWA National Duals, which began today in Mesquite, Nevada. The Regional Duals allows teams who are not able to travel to the National Duals or did not qualify, to experience a top-flight NCWA dual tournament. The Regional Duals had been hosted by the West Coast Conference the past three seasons. This is the first time for the tournament to be hosted in the east.

NCWA.net will post the results from the Regional Duals on Saturday as they become available.
