Jim Wrestled at Burrell High in Western PA and then 2 years at Penn State New Ken before transferring to Texas A&M. He Taught biology and coached wrestling for 7 years at Richardson High before moving into finance, and today continues to serve as Senior Vice President with Primerica. Jim is the former Executive Director of the Texas Interscholastic Wrestling Association and established girls high school wrestling in the state of Texas in 1995. Founded the NCWA in 1997 where he served as the NCWA Executive Director for 26 years before accepting the newly established NCWA President and Chairman of the Board position in 2023.

Wrestled for Toledo in 1998. Founded and coached at Middle Tennessee State before returning to Toledo to coach in 2017. Bryan serves as the Great Lakes Conference Chairman as well as chairman of the quality enhancement committee.

Evan has coached in the West Coast Conference for over 10 years. He is currently coaching at University of Southern California and serves on the Board of the West Coast Conference, where he has been elected Conference Chair for the last decade. Evan is also the lead counsel for the NCWA handling legal issues as well as overseeing and reviewing nomenclature of all rules, policies and procedures. Dalton is the father of NCWA All-American Austin Souders and National Champion Avery Souders. He has served the NCWA as an ombudsman at the National Championships since 2010. He currently serves as the Southwest Conference Treasurer and is a Regional Vice President at Primerica.

Kevin Started a team at Ottawa Kansas then took a position at the newest campus in Arizona where he started both men's and women's teams. Today Kevin serves the university as the Assistant Dean of Students.

Hailing from Virginia Micah was a 2x All-American in 2006 and 2007 at 133 lbs. He is the current Head Coach at the Apprentice School in Newport News, Va. He has coached over 35 All Americans and 9 National Champions. Micah's teams are perennial top 5 finishers winning it all in 2009. He has served on the Mid-Atlantic Conference Board and is a leader in innovative concepts each year at the NCWA Vision Forum.

Tim was an All-American for the University of Tennessee Chattanooga wrestling team. He coached multiple state champion high school teams at St.Marks School in Dallas TX before taking an executive position at EDS and then Oracle. Tim finished his wrestling career coaching at Frisco Liberty. He is currently a primary fundraiser for the Texas Collegiate Wrestling Foundation.

Rick was a four time All-American wrestler and National Champion for Grand Valley State University. He became an assistant coach under Dave Mills then moving to head coach at GVSU where his teams consistently placed in the top 10 over his coaching career. Rick has also served as a past Conference Chairman for the Great Lakes Conference. He currently teaches school in Grand Rapids, MI.

Chase has served in the NCWA for the past 26 years. He began as a Photographer and Gaffer in 1999 working in multiple capacities over the years. Including: announcing, technology oversight, graphics artist and video editor. He is the NCWA Current Communications Director.

Steve is completing his 37th year as a High School Head Wrestling Coach, including stints in his native Oklahoma and currently at Flower Mound High School in the DFW Metroplex. Concurrently, he has held multiple positions within the NCWA as well as USA Texas Wrestling. Most notably, he has served as the NCWA Assistant Executive Director and the Texas USA Wrestling Deputy State Chairperson. Most recently, he has come to be known as “the voice” of the NCWA, announcing at the NCWA Championship since 2000.

Kayla has been involved in the NCWA for over 10 years. She has been critical in the execution of the National Collegiate Wrestling Championships as the overall event coordinator. She has been around the sport of wrestling since childhood with a father and two brothers that wrestled. Kayla competed in women's volleyball and softball and was a world champion cheerleader with Cheer Athletics capturing the title in 2006 . She still coaches cheer in her spare time between motherhood and NCWA duties

As an Engineering Graduate of the University of Toledo Bryan has been critical in reviewing and reporting wrestling results as well as working with the compliance department to oversee competition eligibility. Bryan Hosted the First NCWA National Duals in Murfreesboro, TN. While coaching at Middle Tennessee State University.

Lelan is one of the founding members of the NCWA in 1997. He has served the association in a multitude of capacities. Tournament Director, Photographer, Secretary and Treasurer. Today Lelan oversees all awards handed out by the NCWA. from Academic All-American Certificates to National Champion Rings to Team Awards.

Jim wrestled and officiated in Kansas before moving to Texas and establishing himself as one of the premier officials in the state. Jim officiated numerous High School State Championships before taking a leadership role with the NCWA in 2003 where he served as head official at 16 National Championships before placing his shoes on the mat and becoming strictly the coordinator of officials. Jim recently retired from a successful career in real estate. He and his wife Sally live in Ft. Worth, TX.

Chase was raised in the NCWA. His father founded the association and Chase had little choice but to blend into all the activities. Chase wrestled at Wylie High School in Texas before becoming more involved in the association. Chase works in the software business and wrote all the code for the current NCWA website. He remains the critical link in the database services for NCWA and continues to update, build and repair this primary communications link between the NCWA and the coaches Athletes and Administrators.

Jeff is the liaison between the NCWA, the Alumni Association and the National Wrestling Hall of Fame (NWHOF) in Stillwater Ok. He currently serves as the Florida Director of the NWHOF and works as a financial advisor at Stifle.

As a sports journalist for the Dallas Morning News Scott was recruited in 2002 to be the NCWA SID. Scott has chronicled the major events of the NCWA this past 20+ years as well as overseeing various aspects social media. He is currently working for ESPN supplying the on screen talent with information and statistics during both football and basketball.

Hector began his service to the NCWA in 2001 with both filming, photographs and graphic art. He has produced over 50 video's to chronicle the history of the NCWA
