Apprentice Wins Two At UCF Knight Duals
ORLANDO, FLA. – Justin Martz and Ian Jones each won a pair of matches on Friday night as the Apprentice School scored two wins at the University of Central Florida Knight Duals.
In the opener, the Builders won the last four bouts to come back and defeat Florida Gulf Coast University 27-21. Apprentice School trailed 21-12 after 174 pounds, but Martz got the Builders back on track with a 3-2 decision at 184 cutting the deficit to 21-15. Luke Hanson and Kevin Gray scored decision wins at 197 (9-4) and 235 pounds (5-0) respectively to tie the match and Ian Jones got a victory by forfeit at heavyweight for the final margin of 27-21.
