Belleville, Ill. – Freshman wrestler Levi Rayburn earned Wrestler of the Week Honors, as announced by the United States Collegiate Athletic Association on Tuesday.
Rayburn placed fifth at the Iowa State Open which included the No. 2 ranked NCAA Division I wrestler. Rayburn is 12-5 on the season with four of the five losses coming from NCAA Division I wrestlers.
This marks the second-consecutive week Lindenwood – Belleville has earned a Wrestler of the Week honor. The Lynx will be close to home for their next competition on Sunday, December 4, at the Maryville Open in St. Louis, Mo.
