Wisconsin-Madison Team Names New Coaches
The University of Wisconsin-Madison club team has announced two new coaches for this coming season.
Taking the helm as head coach will be Zach Elliot. Zach was a two time state place winner from Richland Center, WI. He then went on to wrestle in college at Cal State-Bakersfield and Cal State-Fullerton, the latter of which he was the varsity starter at 174 pounds. Afterwards, he went on to coach for one season as an assistant at Madison West High School.
Also coming in as an assistant coach will be another Richland Center alum - Luke Bailey. Luke was a three-time state champion for the Hornets and has came to the club this year to help the wrestlers bring their game to the next level.
The second-year UW Club Team is very excited to have the opportunity to have wrestlers with such great knowledge and credentials to help the UW Club Team become better wrestlers.
