| Coaching Experience: | Derek Olson is a long time assistant coach at LaCrosse Logan High School in LaCrosse Wisconsin. He returned to college in 2006 to get his degree and at the end of 2007 formed the Winona State Wrestling club to give wrestlers in SE Minnesota a place to pursue the greatest sport in the world.
Derek is pursuing a degree in elementary education with a Math and Science emphasis. He also will graduate with a coaching minor and a technology minor from Winona State in the Spring of 2010.
Derek is married to Melyssa and they have two children, Billy(16) and Matthew(10). |
